I.工作介绍(工作流程)

全自动胶印机的工作流程可以概括为以下核心步骤:

Automatic送料:工人将堆叠的塑料杯放入设备的料斗中,通过自动分离装置(如星轮),将杯子一个个有序地分离,并输送到传动链或传送带上的杯架上。

Pre-Printing处理(关键)-电晕处理:塑料杯(尤其是PP材料)表面能低,呈惰性,使油墨附着困难。

在打印之前,杯子通过电晕处理装置。本装置利用高压放电改变塑料杯表面的分子结构,增加表面能和粗糙度,从而显著提高油墨附着力,防止印刷图案剥落。

Positioning和输送:杯子精确定位在伺服电机驱动的杯架上,每个杯架在输送过程中可以旋转,这是实现锥形表面均匀印刷的关键

Printing:这是核心油墨。

油墨输送系统:从墨斗中取出油墨,通过一系列油墨滚筒(导墨滚筒、振动滚筒、分发商滚筒)将油墨均匀输送到印版滚筒。

油墨:将油墨均匀地涂在印版(浮雕或树脂版)的图像区域。

第一次转移-印版到毯子:印版滚筒接触毯子滚筒,将印版图像区域的油墨转移到弹性橡胶毯上。

第二次转移-毯子到杯子:毯子滚筒携带油墨,向下压在旋转塑料杯的表面上。由于毯子的弹性,它非常符合锥形杯表面,完全转移图案。

每个印刷单元负责一种颜色。一台有6个单元的机器进行6色印刷;6个单元进行6色印刷。所有颜色在一次通过中依次套印,最终形成完整的颜色图案。

干燥和Curing

Plastic不吸收,因此印刷的油墨不能像在纸上一样通过渗透快速干燥。

打印后,杯子立即进入紫外线固化系统。高强度的紫外线(紫外线)光照射瞬间使UV油墨中的感光树脂成分聚合,在几分之一秒内将油墨从液体固化为固体,牢固地粘附在杯子上。这个过程速度快,不涉及挥发物,并且环保。

Automatic固化的杯子被输送到收集部分。

通过机械手或滑槽,杯子被重新堆叠,用于工人包装或直接连接到下一个生产过程(如套筒、装箱)。
