This PET sheet extrusion line is specially developed for manufacturing single-layer and multi-layer co-extruded PET sheets. It can process both virgin PET pellets and recycled PET bottle flakes. The finished PET sheets are widely applied in disposable food packaging, blister trays, cold drink cup lids, electronic component inserts, gift packaging and other thermoforming products.

The complete line consists of twin-screw extruder main unit, auto feeding & dehumidifying drying system, sheet die, three-roll calender, haul-off, edge trimming, cutting and winding units. Adopting high-performance twin-screw design, the extruder delivers uniform and stable plasticization. It lowers melt temperature effectively and prevents PET degradation, ensuring excellent transparency and toughness of final sheets. The matched vacuum drying system solves the moisture absorption issue of PET raw materials, so the produced sheets are free of bubbles and water marks.

The three-roll calender system is equipped with independent servo motors. Roller temperature is precisely controlled, which guarantees uniform sheet thickness and smooth surface. The line supports sheet thickness from 0.2mm to 2.0mm, and working width can be customized according to customer requirements.

The whole production line features high automation level with centralized PLC control. Operators can easily monitor temperature, pressure, speed and other key parameters in real time. Optimized energy consumption makes it suitable for recycled material production, helping clients cut down raw material cost.

With compact layout, stable running performance and easy maintenance, the line produces highly formable PET sheets that can be directly fed into thermoforming machines for blister products.
